Shipping within USA: FREE on purchases over $50. Purchases under $50 are shipped for $8.

Express Shipping within USA: (2-3 Business Days) $20

Overnight Shipping within USA: (1-2 Business Days) $45

We are so excited to offer Route Shipping Insurance - a service that guarantees safe delivery of your packages by protecting them against loss, theft, or damage. Include Route Shipping Insurance in your order for only $1.95 per package (adjusted if purchasing more than one item). If you choose to opt out of Route Shipping protection we are no longer liable for your package through the shipment/delivery process. If you choose to cover your package & it unfortunately ends up lost, damaged, or stolen - Route's customer service will be happy to resolve the issue immediately! If you opt out, we are not liable to refund, replace or resolve issues once the package begins shipment.

We strive to make each and every customer happy with their Kris Ashley & Co. purchase! However, we do understand that sometimes your purchase doesn’t work out the way that you had hoped.

Here are the guidelines for returns and exchanges:

  • Returns are available for store credit only, and shipping costs become the responsibility of the customer 
  • Must be within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items being returned for exchange must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and in re-sellable condition. If the product appears to be worn, washed, or damaged, we are not obligated to issue a return
  • If you would like to request an exchange, send an e-mail to: krisashleyandco@gmail.com & we will give you further instruction
  • Items listed on sale page are final sale

Order Cancellation

We are always just as excited as you are to get your order to your door! We work hard to ship out all orders in a timely manner. Because of this, we ask that you request to cancel your order no later than 1 hour after your order has been placed. Cancellation requests can be made by e-mailing: krisashleyandco@gmail.com.
